I first called upon Roberts Heating & Air-conditioning late one evening in March, 2010. I discovered water overflowing in my basement coming from an improperly installed humidifier. (installation by another company) Their quick and professional response was much appreciated.In early June of this year our air conditioner stopped working and again I called them and within a few days they had installed a complete new unit. They also made some badly needed corrections to wiring and pipes. I highly recommend their work. The promptness and professional manner they have shown to me is commendable. I hope to have them do all of our heating and air-conditioning service from now on.

Without exception, the quality of products and services has been exceptional. Installation teams show up on the job on time and prepared for work. Work is completed in a timely manner and the job site is cleaned up during and after the work is completed. Communication about job progress is provided without calling, especially if there were problems on the site that needed our attention.
