Robert Colegate Owner As the Owner of Roberts Heating and Air, Robert is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company, ultimately to ensure employees are taken care of and customers are satisfied. What Robert likes most about his job is meeting new people and helping them get the kind of system they need in their homes. During his free time, Robert loves to ride on his Harley, hunt, and do motor cross with his son.		Shauna Colegate Owner As the Owner of Roberts Heating and Air, Shauna is responsible for overseeing office staff, billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable. What she loves most about her job is the people she works with. Outside of the office, Shauna enjoys spending time with her family and hunting with her husband.
Mike Missimer General Manager As the General Manager of Roberts Heating and Air, Mike is responsible for all day to day operations. What Mike likes most about this position is taking care of customers and finding solutions to problems. He gives his clients 110 percent everyday and wants to do what’s best for them. During his free time, Mike loves to spend time with his family, boating and camping.		Andy Colegate Lead Installation Technician Andy is a Residential and Commercial Installer. His favorite part of the job is taking care of the customer and ensuring that the project gets done right the first time. When Andy is not at work he loves to go camping and hunting with his brother.
Daniella Channel Service Coordinator As a Service Coordinator, Daniella schedules appointments and dispatches service techs to customers who call with problems concerning their heating and air-conditioning equipment. Her favorite part of the job is offering solutions to customers to save them time and money. Daniella loves the mountains; she loves to go hiking, fishing and exploring the back country.		Grant McVay Service Technician As the Service Technician for Roberts Heating and Air, Grant says the favorite part of his job is “making customers happy.” As a service tech, Grant is responsible for figuring out the problem and helping the homeowners’ systems work properly. His hobbies include gym, spending time with family, snowboarding and outdoor activities.
Curtis Martinez Service Technician As a Service Technician, Curtis “finds solutions to challenging problems and watches a project come together from start to finish” which makes his job very rewarding. When he is not on the job, Curtis enjoys fishing, upgrading his car, TV and spending time with his family.		Andrew Martinez Lead Installation Technician Andrew is a Lead Installation Technician who installs residential and commercial HVAC systems. Andrew says his favorite part of his job is that he learns something new every day. In his spare time Andrew loves fishing, basketball and hanging out with friends.
Marcus Ortega Installation Technician Marcus handles residential, light commercial and new construction installs. The best part of the job for Marcus is learning new ways to maximize performance of installations. Marcus loves to spend time with his friends and family and relax after a hard day at work.		Ryan Jasperson Shop and Warehouse Manager Ryan is the Shop and Warehouse Manager. Ryan oversees the custom sheet metal shop which manufactures the fittings required for proper installation. He oversees the warehouse and is in charge of inventory; the favorite part of his job is the people he works with. He enjoys any outdoor activities and loves to spend time with his family.
